My granddaughter recently joined Catalyst Gymnastics. Over the past couple of months, I have had an opportunity to watch the wonderful interaction between the coaches and the girls they are teaching. To be sure, they are teaching in the very best way possible with safe guidance, encouragement and hands-on assistance. I have witnessed the progress that not only my granddaughter but each of the girls be applauded with high-fives, hugs and positive comments from the coaches. Even the small toys that the girls receive when they master a new skill is cherished because they are given for actual accomplishments. For anyone looking for a great place to take their child for gymnastics lessons, I would encourage you to check out this gym. You won't be disappointed.

In just three short days, Catalyst was able to reignite the passion for gymnastics that my daughter used to have! All due to the coaches being enthusiastic, knowledgable and encouraging. My daughter left her first day there feeling confident, empowered and so excited to be a part of their competitive team. Within a day, my daughter was given the confidence (by Coach Maddie) to try new skills that she had dreamed of doing, and each and every day was so excited to show me her progress. Coach Krista has been so welcoming to our family, from the very first phone call I had with her, and we continue to feel her warmth and excitement towards all the kids in each and every interaction since.

We love Catalyst Gymnastics! What a positive experience for our daughter in her first year as a Showcase Team athlete. She looks forward to going to training and comes home so excited to tell us all about it and show us what she is working on…and of course show off all her stickers she has earned throughout her training that day. All of the coaches have been so positive, reassuring and enthusiastic…smiles, high fives, cheers and positive encouragement. We watch our daughter at training just light up with a smile which makes us so happy as parents watching her confidence just blossom.
Coach Krista is so welcoming and positive. Her energy and passion for not only gymnastics but making all athletes and families who walk through that door feel like they belong is so appreciated and admired.

I can’t say enough good things about Catalyst! The staff is dedicated, caring and knowledgeable. My daughter is a dancer and went to classes to improve her Acro skills. She’s improved greatly, and loves going to class. Highly suggest!

I have had the opportunity to have the head coaches Krista, Mia and Candice train two my daughters in the past and when I heard they were opening a new gymnastics club in North Milton there was no question in my mind. These are the best coaches and they've built a strong competitive and recreation program. All staff at Catalyst Gymnastics are top level coaches with compassion and a genuine interest to facilitate your daughter to reach their top potential. My daughters have learned so much and love gym. This is a gorgeous, clean facility with a fun and inclusive environment. Highly recommend.
